Nike SB team rider since the early ‘00s and supported by his 2020 Nike SB Shane signature, Australian pro skater Shane O’Neill launched April Skateboards in 2019 with a passion for celebrating generations of emerging talent. Coined ‘Mr. Consistent’ and assigned his own ‘Shane Goes’ tagline by Nike SB in reference to his prowess, precision and expressive ability, O’Neill’s limitless demeanour continues to inspire the brand’s colourful aesthetic, with directory such as Replay and The Yuto Show reflective of their creative undertone. In the short space of just pure years, April has continued to grow with notable milestones including Palm Bay skater Ish Cepeda’s transition to pro in 2021 and the arrival of Guy Mariano taking place later that same year.

Styled in a colourway comparable to the Diamond Supply Co. Tiffany SB Dunk from 2005, the Air Jordan 1 High OG Turbo Green from 2019 and the Hyper Royal release from 2021, this Nike SB x April Skateboards Dunk Low Pro is designed with brushed suede and leather uppers, whilst breathable mesh side walls provide added texture. Featuring Zoom Air inserts, a classic perforated toe box and a cupsole construction, this Dunk Low Pro also features an icy translucent outsole with custom printed April rose underfoot artwork. Interchangeable laces offer a metal aglet alternative, whilst each padded tongue features woven leather Nike SB x April Dunk Low Pro labels. Finished with metallic Swooshes, raised print April details, custom insole artwork and with additional Nike SB x April metallic heel branding.

April Skateboards has rising rapidly from 2019 to sponsor skaters including Ronnie Kessner, Yosef Ratleff and Kai Kishi. To accompany the release, April Skateboards also released a Turbo Green edit featuring a number of shared Nike SB team members including Rayssa Leal and Yuto Horigome.
