His artistic activity covers a wide spectrum of creativity, focusing on hip-hop music, street art and skate culture. Characteristic of Kosi is his deep roots in the aesthetics of the 90s, which is visible both in his musical preferences and his clothing style, which combines skat elements with a hip-hop flair. In the creative process, Isok emphasizes the value of close relationships and trust, believing that the best works are created in close cooperation with the people who are closest to him. His approach to art and life reflects the belief that constant development and crossing one's own limitations is crucial for every artist.

Interview with Isok:

CHEAP JMKSPORT JORDAN OUTLET: Tell us a few words about yourself, who are you, what do you do?

Isok: My name is Isok, I represent JWP WTK, Jetlagz, Strata. I deal with broadly understood street art - let's call it that.

What is important to you in the shoes you wear on stage?

What's important is that I feel good in them, that's the most important thing. Of course, I also have to like them.

I: In general, I really like the skate style. I prefer simple shoes rather than super elaborate ones, more like sneakers than sports shoes. I usually choose shoes with a flat sole - sneakers. This is my style, which was shaped somewhere based on my tastes in the 90s. It stayed with me. This is the style of the 90s, i.e. baggy jeans, skate shoes, wider boxy sweatshirts. It's still inside me and that's what's best for me. Gray sweatshirt, loose pants and slightly untied shoes - 90s skate style.

Do you have any vision of how you would like people to perceive you?

I: I think I'm a bit of an extrovert and a bit of an introvert at the same time. Despite everything, I just like to be hooded and closed, but I can also go out to people. I often wear a hood, cover my head and face. It gives me a sense of security, some intimacy, and it is partly dictated by fashion. WU-TANG CLAN, skate teasers that have always inspired me. It is also graffiti-related, because graffiti artists are people in hoods, at least that is how they are perceived, because you are constantly hiding from something. There's an element of style to it too. Such a sweatshirt looks quite good in the camera or lens from the stage, from the audience's perspective. In my opinion, it's more interesting than a tight tracksuit, but that's just me. It's a bit post-WU-TANG, skat, post-90s. That's how I see it.

CHEAP JMKSPORT JORDAN OUTLET: What would you tell your 15-year-old self today?

I: 15 years ago I was already old. We can say that from 20, 25 years ago (Hehe). Now I would tell myself to believe in myself much more and not look at others, because in the end the most important thing is what we represent and what we do. And this is of the greatest value. I would tell myself to be more assertive, hermetic and stick to those who are closest to you. Even when it comes to creativity. Let's say that a homie is potentially worse at rapping than some other stranger, it's ultimately better to do it with your loved ones. Doing creative things is a very intimate process and it's better to do them with people you are close to and trust. I would simply not enter into various cooperations and would be more bold in saying NO, without looking at anyone.

CHEAP JMKSPORT JORDAN OUTLET: What about collaborations? Because your job also means that you spend a lot of time with your loved ones.

I: That's the blessing of this job - we basically have fun all the time and spend time together in our closest circle all the time. This is the coolest thing about it all. For example, with the guys from JWP, after some twenty years of working together (of course, some people came over there), but the core that I'm sticking with now - we still like spending time together. Even though we go to work together, we earn money and we've seen each other thousands of times, we've traveled the world hundreds of times, we still don't argue and we're not bored with each other.

CHEAP JMKSPORT JORDAN OUTLET: Briefly speaking, what would you say about each of the boys?

I: These are super inspiring people, very intelligent, sensitive, unpredictable, brave, funny. At this point I treat them the same. I think we have something more in common than just friendship, more than just a passion for music, hip-hop and graffiti. Already at this point we are really connected as a family. And like I said, we still really enjoy spending time together.

I: The desire to be better at what I do, because I have something that makes everything I do... feel like I could do even better. In what I do, I am constantly looking for "holes in everything". I always have some fears that I did something wrong, that I could do better. Recently, a music video with my new song was released and I feel sorry for myself that I can do it better. Overall, I feel like I haven't said everything yet, and I don't just mean rap, I also mean drawing. I feel that what drives me the most is the rebuild of development and the fact that I can be better, because the things I have achieved at this moment, from the perspective of an 18-year-old, were further than a dream. In the 90's, when we started doing anything with hip-hop, if someone had told me: "you'll have one music video", I wouldn't have believed it, but at the moment I probably have 100-200 of these videos made all over the world . In Cuba, in Barcelona, in Rome, in New York, in Tokyo, in Bangkok, in Hong Kong, it's hard to name all these cities and places. All this exceeded my expectations by several thousand times. I am simply a child of post-communism and in the 1990s we had to create our own America here. Simplifying, of course, because today America is not a great example, but considering the 90s, when we broke free from the yoke of communism, everything was so gray that graffiti, skateboarding and rap were something amazing. And if someone had told me, when I was tagging or recording a song for the first time, that I would have one music video and make ten videos, I would have said, okay, I'll take it blindly - I wouldn't want to do it anymore, but it turns out that I'll be happy with it he lived and this is what it will look like. I'm not talking about the fact that the scene has developed so much that now kids, people 20 years younger than me, are making a huge reach and making a huge amount of money, it's completely unbelievable. The fact that I haven't had a full-time job my whole life and just live from music is amazing to me.

I: It's primarily friendships and people.

Where would you like to go? What are your current goals?

I: If I had a guarantee that I would have the standard of living I have now for the rest of my life, I would take it blindly. The only thing I can be afraid of is that it will get worse, that I have not properly secured myself for the future, but if I had the same situation as now, it would be ok. I do not have high expectations, I am not a person who has to surround myself with luxury and buy things for myself. expensive things, because I value my value differently. I'm just interested in having friends, being able to read books, being able to draw, and I would like to have a big house in the forest. It may be in Poland, it may be in Spain, it may be in France. I just wish I could create, read, and be with my family - that's all.
