One of the most popular and best-selling items you’ll find is the Ten Thousand Interval Shorts, an incredibly Weared training short that can handle all your training sessions. These workout shorts utilize a medium compression liner with an integrated phone pocket, four-way stretch fabric, and a durable shell fabric for protection. We were able to try out the 5 inch shorts as well as the 7 inch shorts, giving us a little more with into what makes them stand out.
Working out Feminina to be easier when you have a wider range of motion. The Interval Shorts are made with a woven poly-spandex blend of fabric, granting a four-way stretch that moves with you. This blended fabric also helps wick away sweat, is cling-free, and dries quickly so you can work out in comfort.
The medium compression liner uses a permanent silver ion anti-odor treatment to help keep odors at bay. A very technical way of saying that you won’t smell nearly as bad after your workout. In our experience, we had zero issues when it came to odors, with or without the liner. Our team opted for the liner when given the choice, admiring the duality of compression and stretch it incorporates.
Durability is a huge selling point for Ten Thousand, and they certainly back it up with their Interval Shorts. We tested these shorts at the gym, on the trail, and on a neighborhood basketball court for an unprompted 1v1 session. Nothing seems to phase these shorts. Even taking an admittedly hilarious fall on the concrete after a failed dunk attempt, the Interval Shorts showed little to no signs of distress.
An unsung hero within the Interval Shorts is the perfect pocket system for all your belongings. A dedicated phone pocket is one thing but these shorts have room for your keys and cards as well. Overall, we have no question the Ten Thousand Interval Shorts are some of the best workout shorts you can find. They can go the distance no what workout you have planned for the day.

We’ll cut to the chase real quick on this one: this is without a doubt one of the most lightweight shirts we’ve ever tried. Excluding singlets, there are very few shirts our reviewers would put in the same league as the Ten Thousand Lightweight Shirt.
This ultra-breathable shirt is ideal for any workout in warm to hot temperatures or for any athlete who is prone to sweat more than usual. Made with premium polyester microfiber, the Ten Thousand Lightweight Shirt feels virtually invisible on the body. This is reinforced with micro-ventilation throughout, increasing airflow and keeping you cooler throughout your workout.
To make this training shirt even better, the premium polyester microfiber features no-cling properties, pulling moisture away from your body so you don’t end up soaked in sweat. It’s also designed with flatlock seams to reduce the chance of chafing, reduce the overall weight, and give this shirt a minimal look and feel.
The Lightweight Shirt features a permanent silver ion anti-odor treatment that’s also found in the Interval Shorts. We found this treatment to be fairly effective, especially in a shirt as breathable as this. We made sure to get in some high-intensity workouts and even then, the Lightweight Shirt wouldn’t accumulate sweat.
